We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller. Our registration number is Z1642958. We collect information about you for two reasons:
- To put you in touch with insulation installers who can assess the suitability of your property for insulation measures and apply for grants on your behalf.
- To provide you with the best possible service.
EnergyLink Ltd. will not contact you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will not pass your details to other traders unless you agree. The types of information we will collect about you include:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Email address
EnergyLink Ltd. will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We do not store credit card details.
The information EnergyLink Ltd. hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
